Tip: If you want to take your Zippo on a plane, you should remove both the cotton wool and the felt from the Zippo beforehand. Some airports do not allow the carriage of filled Zippo lighters, neither in hand luggage nor in checked-in luggage. It does not matter if there is petrol in the Zippo or if it is unfilled.
